Air Lock

In pneumatic systems, the machine prevents reverse airflow from entering the system by stopping the airflow while discharging the product from the silo. It consists of a casting body with openings at both the top and bottom and features a bladed rotor. The rotor rotates at low speed with the help of a geared motor, expelling accumulated material from the cyclones. The sequentially rotating blades prevent the mixing of reverse air through the upper and lower openings while discharging the material.
