Centrifugal Impactor

It is used in semolina passages of flour mills for separation and grinding processes. The feeding is done through the center of the machine. Broken but uncrushed, fine and medium-textured semolina, along with other foreign materials on the semolina, are separated and fragmented in the passages. It is utilized for the dispersion and pulverization of semolina according to the diagram. It enhances the flow through the sieves and performs grinding by breaking particles with similar sizes against each other and the rotor walls.
