Extraction Rate Scale

In products like flour and wheat, scaling systems focused on efficiency play a crucial role in controlling capacity and productivity in flour mills. Efficiency is measured, and the weighing process is embedded within the machine for the product in the bunker. The materials are transferred to the machine’s hopper and filled directly up to the efficiency scale. A clamp is located on the upper part, which opens and allows controlled filling into the scale. The weighing process is conducted using a load cell, which operates on both sides of the machine.
